We serve Baltimore City, Baltimore County, and the surrounding metropolitan area, including parts of Anne Arundel, Howard, Harford, and Prince George’s counties. Service outside these areas may be available upon request.

We recommend booking 2–3 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons. All trips must be booked at least 3 days prior to the scheduled service date, subject to availability.

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date and bus.

For trips booked within 3 days of the scheduled service date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

The remaining balance for all other bookings is due 48 hours before the scheduled trip date.

To ensure safe, reliable, and well-coordinated service, all trips are scheduled with a 4-hour minimum. This allows adequate time for preparation, travel, and smooth coordination. If a trip runs beyond the scheduled time, additional time may be billed. Trips requiring multiple buses may involve additional planning considerations. All trip details are discussed and confirmed in advance so there are no surprises.

A 30% non-refundable deposit (minimum $100) is required to secure this reservation and must be paid within 24 hours of signing this agreement.

The remaining balance is due no later than forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled trip date.

Any trip booked within three (3) days of the service date requires full payment at the time of booking.

Failure to submit the required deposit or remaining balance by the stated deadlines may result in cancellation of the reservation, and Cypress Tree Transportation reserves the right to release the booking without further obligation. All deposits remain non-refundable.

All services must be paid in full prior to transportation being provided.

Cancellations made 7 or more days in advance may receive a refund of any amount paid beyond the deposit. Cancellations within 7 days of service are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests are handled based on availability.

Our standard school buses can seat up to 64 children or up to 42 adults, depending on seating configuration and group needs.

Yes. We regularly accommodate multiple stops, custom pick-up locations, and tailored routes. Please include all details when submitting your request so we can plan accordingly.

Cypress Tree Transportation operates Monday through Sunday from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, providing reliable and consistent transportation services throughout the week.

Our standard operating hours are designed to support a wide range of transportation needs, including school transportation, summer and year-round camp programs, field trips, charter services, and group travel. We work closely with our clients to ensure trips are scheduled efficiently and safely within these hours.

Transportation requests outside of standard operating hours may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on availability, scheduling logistics, and service requirements. Additional fees may apply for trips that extend beyond standard operating hours. We strongly encourage clients to communicate special timing needs as early as possible so we can properly assess availability and provide accurate pricing.
