Cypress Tree Transportation proudly serves Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Anne Arundel County, Harford County, and Howard County. Transportation outside of our primary service area is available upon request and may require a customized quote based on travel distance and trip details.

We recommend booking 2–3 weeks in advance, especially during peak travel seasons. Reservations are accepted based on availability.

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and bus.

• Trips booked within 7 days of the scheduled service date require full payment at the time of booking.

• Trips booked more than 7 days in advance require the remaining balance to be paid 48 hours before the scheduled trip.

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled trip will forfeit the non-refundable deposit.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled trip are non-refundable.

To ensure safe, reliable, and well-coordinated service, all trips require a 4-hour minimum. Every trip is customized based on your transportation needs, destination, and schedule.

A 30% non-refundable deposit (minimum $100) is required to secure your reservation and must be received within 24 hours of accepting your quote.

Accepted payment methods include Zelle, Square (credit/debit cards), approved business checks (must clear before service), and other approved payment methods.

Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled service date may receive a refund of any amount paid beyond the non-refundable deposit.

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

If Cypress Tree Transportation is unable to provide the agreed-upon service, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Our standard school buses can seat up to 64 children or up to 42 adults, depending on seating configuration and group needs.

Yes. We regularly accommodate multiple stops, custom pick-up locations, and tailored routes. Please include all details when submitting your request so we can plan accordingly.

Cypress Tree Transportation operates Monday through Sunday from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, providing reliable and consistent transportation services throughout the week.

Our standard operating hours are designed to support a wide range of transportation needs, including school transportation, summer and year-round camp programs, field trips, charter services, and group travel. We work closely with our clients to ensure trips are scheduled efficiently and safely within these hours.

Transportation requests outside of standard operating hours may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on availability, scheduling logistics, and service requirements. Additional fees may apply for trips that extend beyond standard operating hours. We strongly encourage clients to communicate special timing needs as early as possible so we can properly assess availability and provide accurate pricing.
